Positive: Nice location near lake. You will see hippos nearby. The host was really helpfull. She was always immediately available through whatsapp to assist us. Even though we did not meet her.

Positive: I recently stayed at this place, and it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to lake, restaurant and the pool making it easy to explore the area. The host, Grace was really supportive and on to the task. Overall, I had an exceptional stay and would definitely return. It was the perfect mix of comfort, service, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Positive: The host was very kind and kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. The room was great and very comfortable. The food was incredible and was served in large quantities.

Negative: The swimming pool was quite a distance and the original shortcut was sealed off. We ended up not enjoying the swimming pool facility.

Positive: The view from the room was great, we woke one morning and saw hippos from our deck, and plenty bird life, the staff were great especially James, James and Fantas. Location was great, fairly close to Hell's gate national park and Mt Longolot. We did a boat ride from there which was great. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Negative: I would suggest checking how far the construction and how it may impact your stay, it should be done by mid January 2024.
